Coaching and Success
Some of you may be asking yourself what coaching and success have in common. Well, I would say that there are a lot of common points. But before going more in depth in those common points, I think it is important that I explain you what I understand under ‘coaching’ and ‘success’.
Coaching is a process where the client, i.e. you when you step into a professional relationship with a coach, is guided and supported to grow, develop and realise those things in life that he/she want to achieve. What basically a coach does is being your supporter, challenger, empowerer, acknowledger, listener, questionar, pal, etc. Through the process of questions and analysis, the coach, i.e. me, will just help you to encounter within yourself the solution and the right way to go. A coach is NOT an advisor, nor a consultant, nor a therapist. A coach is just the person that makes you make the steps to grow and develop.
Now, what is success… Success is realising something that you want and that you have worked for. For every person that is different, which means that success is specific to each one of us. But generally sopken, success is realising, achieving something that you are proud of and of which you are very happy that you have achieve it. So, what is your success?
Combining the two words ‘coaching – success’ and the explanation here above, you probably realise that coaching, in my opinion of course, is the perfect tool or way to realise your success. Through coaching, you will be able to become more self-aware, self-confident, self-assured, self-realised, and of course realise your successes, be complete, being one with yourself and with the universe. With coaching, you stay and keep your own respect and stay your own master of your destiny, and you realise your successes quicker, better and with fun.
Yes, coaching is a fun, successful and enjoyable process. Do you know why, because a coach just support an guides you to realise the things YOU want. That is correct, coachinga and success is all about you, you become successful, you growing and you becoming complete.
