The answer to that question is simple and straight forward: YES, it is really important. Why? The background concept and idea is complex to explain, but I will try to explain to you in a simple way what you can achieve and get when you live with a Positive Mental Attitude. When you look around you and talk to people, willingly or not willingly, you feel attracted to people that are open, willing to help or support you, have a happy view over life, i.e. people that are positive and make the best of their lives. Why are you attracted to those people? Because they have something interesting about them, they appear to have less worries, and they are achieving things, in your eyes, quite easy. And you are probably wondering in those moments what you are missing to experience the same ‘success’.

If you would ask all those people, the majority would tell you that they look at their lives from a positive viewpoint. They believe in themselves, are confident and they know clearly what they want in life. They have adopted the principle of Positive Mental Attitude to achieve the things that they want in life. What does that mean in simple words?

In simple words, this means that they look at their lives and what happens around them from the side of possibilities, challenges, and telling themselves that they can achieve and realise whatever they want in life. Yes, they are programming themselves towards their success. They are training their conscious and subconscious mind through autosuggestion using affirmations. They tell themselves that they can do it, that they can realise a dream, they tell themselves over and over that they have the qualities and the capabilities to develop and grow personally, professionally and spiritually to the top that they have determined for themselves. YES, you can do it too, I would even say to you that it would be enormously benificial to you to acquire a Positive Mental permanent state. You will be surprised at what you can achieve when you have adopted a Positive Mental Attitude. How do you get that Positive Mental Attitude?

Getting and maintaining a Positive Mental Attitude is like getting and maintaing a healthy and fit body. You need to train it. When you don’t train your body, you get unhealthy, unfit and gain some kilos. The same is true for your mental attitude. When you don’t train your mental attitude, it is getting lazy, uninterested and negative. So, this means that you need to train it on a regular basis, on a daily basis. You can train it through autosuggestion, affirmations, visualisations, building your self-confidence, etc. There are several possibilities, each one depend on how you feel with it. It is the same with training your body. Someone prefers cycling, as another person prefers running, or swimming or playing tennis, or going to the gym. To train your mental attitude, you need to find which ways do work for you and with which ones you feel at ease and relaxed. It is about creating an habit, an habit that you like.
