Accept what is done is done…

Are you one of those persons that worry and think about things that you have done or that happened in the past?

Well, you are not the only one. A lot of people do worry and think about things that happened in the past. If you look at yourself and be honest to yourself, the things that you worry about from the past are mistakes that you have made. Is that correct?

Don’t worry, making mistakes is human, and all of us are making them. There is nothing wrong by making mistakes, it is all about how you deal with them. Life is a learning process and that means that we have to go with trail and error sometimes. A lot of us, when we have made a mistake or made someone angry, we worry about how stupid we were, why we have made that mistake, what the other people will think about us, etc…

The only thing we don’t do, and actually we should do is analyse our mistake, learn from it, AND continue with life. We live to much in the past instead of living in the NOW and looking forward to the good and nice things that we want to achieve in life. We need to accept that what is done is done. we cannot change it anymore.

The only things that you can change or adapt are:

- the way how you think now;

- the way you are living now;

- the things that you still want to achieve in life.

Accept live as it is now and life it to the maximum NOW. Leave the past as it is, you cannot change it anymore. Take the good memories and the leasons learned with you, and stop worrying about all the other things that happened in the past. Live NOW…
