Here I am again with another tip. Most people know this tip, but somehow they don’t comply with it or do not do enough with it. Having goals and objectives in life is fundamental to become and be successful. A goal or objective give you a direction, give you a reason to take decisions and to do or not do actions.

Now, what is important with goals and objectives, is that they need to be clear and specific. The clearer and more specific you can describe your goals and objectives, the better. I don’t know if you have ever heard of SMART goals. SMART goals are goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely. By having SMART goals, you know exactly where you want to go and by when, and that will help you to make the necessary decisions to attain those goals.

There is another reason why having clear goals, and that having clear goals make you focus on what you want and not on what you want. It is really important, and that confirms the Law of Attracttion, that you focus and put your energy on what you want, as that will help you to move forward. If you keep focussing on what you do not want, you stay where you are, and with that attitude it is impossible to have any success.
