Water and Lemon

Hi everyone,

I know that I have been laying low for a while, and I do apolozise for that. BUT I am back. And I am back with a new section: The Health Section.

This weekend I participated in the ‘Unleash the Power Within’ seminar in London by Anthony Robbins. Phenomenal. I really do recommend you, if you have the possibility and opportunity, to participate at least once. Yes, I said at least one, as I met so many people this weekend that came for the second, third, even tenth time. Now I do understand why.

But hey, you are here reading this for the health tip. Now, just a quick word beforehand. I started to realise, and yes it happened in the UPW seminar, that your physical state is also so important to get that big success that you are looking for. The more energy your body has, the better it can function, and the better your mind can function. I am now, since four days, on a 10-day challenge program that was presented during the seminar. It is really focused about what you eat and drink, and how you breath. If you are interested in knowing more about this challenge, leave a comment here under this post.

edfaOk, ok, you want the health tip. Here we go. Your body needs energy to run smoothly and healthy, and for that it needs to transform alkaline into energy. Therefore we need to provide our body with the necessary supply to create that alkaline. And one of those things is lemon and water. So, the tip is as follows:

Tips for Your Success: Having Clear Goals and Objectives

Hi dear friends and success seekers,

Here I am again with another tip. Most people know this tip, but somehow they don’t comply with it or do not do enough with it. Having goals and objectives in life is fundamental to become and be successful. A goal or objective give you a direction, give you a reason to take decisions and to do or not do actions.

Now, what is important with goals and objectives, is that they need to be clear and specific. The clearer and more specific you can describe your goals and objectives, the better. I don’t know if you have ever heard of SMART goals. SMART goals are goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely. By having SMART goals, you know exactly where you want to go and by when, and that will help you to make the necessary decisions to attain those goals.

There is another reason why having clear goals, and that having clear goals make you focus on what you want and not on what you want. It is really important, and that confirms the Law of Attracttion, that you focus and put your energy on what you want, as that will help you to move forward. If you keep focussing on what you do not want, you stay where you are, and with that attitude it is impossible to have any success.

So, make sure that you set clear goals and that you start moving towards them. Remember also, a coach can support you setting your goals and guide you towards realising them. If interested, contact Coach Erwin.
