Q: Why do people hire a coach?
A: People hire a coach for very different reasons. But general spoken, a coach is hired to guide and support the person towards realising one or more goals. These could be professional objectives, personal goals, or any other goal or dream the person has set forward to obtain.
The help of a coach is asked when the person does not know clearly how to realise their goal(s), or they feel that they canīt do it on their own.

Q: How long do people work with a coach?
A: The duration of the coaching relationship depends on the issues and goals of each person. To create solid and continuous success, Coach Erwin suggests a coaching relationship of mimimum of 6 months. Depending on the situation and the demand of the client, this can be less or even longer.

Q: How do I know if coaching is right for me?
A: Before a coaching relationship is established the coach and client may set up an introductory session, free of charge with no obligation so that both coach and client get an opportunity to see if they are a good match.

Q: How long will my sessions be?
A: Normally, the sessions are around 45 to 60 minutes. This can be adapted whenever the situation or client requires.
